She was predeceased by: her parents, Tan Dalton Elks and Shirley Ann Dixon Elks; her daughter Kati Elizabeth Harris; and her brothers, James Phillip Elks and Gerald Dalton Elks.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Manuel Housley; her children, Glenn Wayne Harris, Jr. (Callie) of Greenville and Tania Leah Harris of Chocowinity; her sister Donna Elks Pittman (Allen) of Washington; and her granddaughter Katie Lee Harris of Chocowinity.
