She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Carroll and Margaret Evettie Gant Carroll; her daughter Billie Jo Spurlin; her great grandchild Silas Irvin Hatcher; and her siblings, Roger Carroll and Patricia Boyde.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Flewelling (Fred), Kimberly Henry (Ramey), Deanna Braswell (Dion Connor) and Kesha Krieble (Michael); and her siblings, William James Carroll III (Marsha) and Pamela Beane (James). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home (56 Northwest Blvd, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
