Jacqueline leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jacqueline’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Brank and Margery Hodgson Coleman; her daughters, Jane Bumgarner and Kathy Travis; and her brother Bill Brank.

She is survived by: her husband Martin Lipe; and her sons, Wayne Bumgarner (Patty) and David Bumgarner (Kris). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blessed Hope Baptist Church (1659 Old Conover-Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
