He is survived by: his wife Tina Renia Mullins Shook; his daughter Heather Dawn Shook Smart (Michael) of Morganton; his brothers, Dale Ray Shook (Tracy) of Maiden, Ricky Allen Shook (Louellen) of Claremont and Rex Curtis Shook (Donna) of Mooresville; and his grandchildren, Kadence Dillingham, Jasper Dillingham, Gracie Smart, Hailey Smart and Hunter Smart.
