With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Wright of Clarendon, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Flora Bell Chestnut Wright and Aaron Wright. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ann Long Wright; his son Christopher David Wright (Wendy) of Rocky Point; his sisters, Bernice Bradford (John) of Autryville and Teresa Wright of Stedman; his sisters-in-law, Beth McLean of Calabash and Susan L. Johnson (Eldred) of Loris; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family a donation may be made to Bethel Methodist Church, 8546 Lebanon Church Road, Clarendon, North Carolina 28432.
