He is survived by: his wife Doris Harvey; his daughters, Sheila Harvey of Wilmington, NC, Valerie Washington of Jacksonville and Shantelle Jacobs of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Donnie Washington of Washington, DC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
