She was predeceased by : her parents, Julius Pope and Clara Overstreet Pope; her husband Jimmy Walters; and her brother Redgie Pope. She is survived by : her sons, James West (Mary) and Kenneth Walters (Donna). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
