He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clark Meshaw; his children, Sarah Kathryn Meshaw of Clarkton and Perry Clark Meshaw of Clarkton; his siblings, Kay M. Barr (Charles) of Greensboro, Ann M. Donnelly of Hillsborough and Jack Meshaw of Dunn; his sister-in-law Rebecca Clark Jacobs; and his nieces, Carolina Hound and Ruby.
