He was predeceased by : his parents, William Franklin Page, Sr. and Lela Mae Kelly Page (Pete); and his sister Kim Solomon. He is survived by : his siblings, Deborah P. Blackwell of Whiteville, Leslie Page of Whiteville and William Franklin Page, Jr. (Sandy) of Maggie Valley, NC; and his caregivers, Andrew Priest of Whiteville and Evan Young of Whiteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lower Cape Fear Lifecare, 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.
