She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Lovette Perry and Thelma Outlaw Oliver; her son Donald Starling; and her grandsons, Christopher Douglas Starling and Jeffrey Lawrence Starling.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Starling (Kay) and Angie Heil (Max); her sister Linda Howell; her grandchildren, Kristen Newman (Jason), Lauren Starling, Jennifer Capps (Brett) and Trey Overton (Jami); and her great grandchildren, Carter, Lexi, Ayden, Finley, Logan and Bladen. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
