He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Y. Barbour and Pauline Howell Barbour; and his brother Leon "Buck" Barbour. He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Barbour, Samantha Holley, Deborah Perry Monday and Donald R. Perry; and his siblings, Ray Barbour, Roger Barbour and Vera Barbour. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
