With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Truelove Jones (Clayton, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Though Charlotte may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlotte touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Truelove and Lugenia Holmes Truelove; her husband Herman Eskridge Jones; and her siblings, Audrey Benson and Theodore Truelove.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Jones, Sheree Vaughan (Joseph), Philip Jones (Tamara) and Beth Jones. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
