He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel George Deriscavage and Sophie Kuba Deriscavage; his wife Barbara Dale Hughes Deriscavage; and his sister Diane Marie Kerwood. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Carol Deriscavage-Fountain (Larry) of Clayton, NC and Barbara Ann Earp (Lee) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Preston Daniel Lanier of Clayton, NC, Karis Dale Lanier of Clayton, NC, Everly Abbott Fountain of Clayton, NC and Hunter Hughes Grady of Clayton, NC; and his sisters, Susan Mildred Deriscavage of Doylestown, PA and Elaine Ann DeStephanis of Horsham, PA. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, brothers in law, cousins, nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
