Dennis Underwood Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Underwood (Clayton, North Carolina), who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Helen Underwood Bailey; his wife Karen Ruth Baker Underwood; and his siblings, Jackie, Billy and Kenneth.

He is survived by : his children, Denise (Jimmy), Gina (Chuck) and Dennis Jr.; his grandchildren, Carrie, Teresa, Shane, Samantha, Dakota, Michael, Riley, Alhana and Cheyenne; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Kylie, Maddox, Myles, Colton and Carson; and his brothers, Charles (Clayton), Nelson (TN) and Ronnie Bailey (TN). He is also survived by friends and family.
