She was predeceased by: her parents, David Harris and Nelle Harris; and her brothers, David Jr. and Sidney Harris. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Stephen Levin; her sons, David and Jonathan Levin; and her adoptive daughter Sarah.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bethesda Baptist Church (4967 US 70 Hwy Business W, Clayton, NC 27520).
