She is survived by : her children, Jackie Merritt and Ralph Sanders of Clayton, NC; her sister Willie Mae Rice of Winston-Salem, NC; and her grandchildren, Kelvin Sanders (Cassandra) of Clayton, NC, Gedric Merritt (Jennifer) of Minnesota, Kimberly Merritt of Garner, NC and Ariel Tomlinson.
