He is survived by: his children, Kenny and Kim Perry (Tony); his granddaughter Megan Hayman (Mackie); his great grandchildren, Harrison and Oliver; his sisters, Reba Seagroves and Yvonne Mims; and his caregiver LaShanna Brewer. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A burial will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at the Pinecrest Memorial Park (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520).
