He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mario Dioguardo and Rose Jachowdik Dioguardo; and his great grandchild Carlie Rose Cruz. He is survived by : his wife Sharyn Dioguardo; his children, Christopher Dioguardo (Patricia), Wendy Dioguardo and Pamela Dioguardo Fuchs (Jeff); and his brother Michael Dioguardo (Grace). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (4057 US-70 BUS, Clayton, NC 27520).
