She is survived by: her husband Mike Freeman; her children, Keith Medlin (Michelle) of Clayton, NC, John Medlin (Kelly) of Graham, NC and Michelle Capps (Lawrence) of Wendell, NC; and her sister Sandra "Sandy" Smith (Greg) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 7 nieces and nephews.
