He was predeceased by: his parents, Lassie "Ben" Edward Johnson and Lula Etta "Polly" Bailey Johnson. He is survived by: his son Melvin Zuni Johnson; his son-in-law Jason McCraw; his brothers, Bobby (Jan) and Tim (Lois); his siblings-in-law, Tori and Ronnie; and his friend Kim. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
