She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, JT Scott and Lola Scott; her husband James "Dan" Hocutt; her daughter Sharon Fentem; her son-in-law Timothy Fentem; her grandchildren, Shari Labian (Eric Labian), Alex Fentem and Nick Fentem; and her great grandchildren, Jonli Labian and Sarah Labian.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520).
