She was predeceased by: her parents, Neta Batten Broadwell and Luther James Broadwell. She is survived by: her sons, Mel Gower (Heather) and Kevin Gower; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Brianna, Alexis, Kevin Jr., Brayden and Skylar Gower. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Peggy's honor.
