We are sad to announce that, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 103, Reba Lucille Rains of Clayton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" L. Worley and Mary Eliza Lee Worley; her husband Andrew Jackson "Jack" Rains; her siblings, James Worley (Rass), Rudolph Worley, Rosa Lee Worley, Inez Sullivan, Appie Johnson and Jo Anne Lynch; and her daughter-in-law Faye Rains.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Rains and Rose Rains Johnson (Herman); her grandchildren, Rodney Johnson (Beth), Kirby Johnson (Lori), Cindy Mitchell (Jackie), Ken Rains (Sue) and Jackie Rains; her great grandchildren, Cole Johnson, Wyatt Johnson (Alexis), Kayla McKinley (Shawn), Kyle Rains (Kalli), Ethan Johnson (Rylie Lee) and Avery Johnson; her stepgreat-granddaughter Kimber Hicks (Hunter); her great great grandchildren, Kehlani Rains, Oaklynn McKinley, Payton Moore, Carter Moore, Easton Moore and Ella McKinley; her sister Mary Jane Coble (Carl); and her sister-in-law Helen Worley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests no flowers, but does request, in memory of Reba Lucille Worley Rains, that you do a good deed for someone else.
