She was predeceased by : her parents, Whitfield Jordan and Hazel Irene Tedder Jordan; her husband Albert "Bert" Tennyson Barrett; and her brothers, Dennis Jordan and Guy Jordan.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Barrett (Nancy) and Michelle Parrish (James); her grandchildren, Jessica Parrish, Megan Lee (Aaron), Rhett Barrett, Lexi Barrett, Tennyson Barrett and Beau Barrett; and her siblings, Bonnie Farmer (Bobby), Mack Jordan (Jo Anne), Ernst Jordan (Fran) and Gail Williams (Alan).
