Victoria Lipscomb Toler Obituary
We announce the death of Victoria Lipscomb Toler (Clayton, North Carolina), who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 78. Victoria will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Lipscomb and Mary Floyd Lipscomb. She is survived by: her husband Frank Toler; her son Chris Toler; her brother James Lipscomb Jr. (Sandra); her granddaughter Juliet Toler; her siblings-in-law, Allen Toler (Phyllis) and Tara Brocklesby; and her nieces and nephews, Byron Lipscomb, Tyler Brocklesby, Pam and Dana Lipscomb. She is also survived by several grand nephews and grandnieces; and several cousins.
