He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dale Spaugh; and his nieces and nephews, Barbara Foltz Davis, Pam Orbison, Susan Thomason, Karen Lemons, James Spaugh, Jr. and Wesley Isley. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
