She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Tom" Lee Phelps (Mary Catherine), Stephen Robert Phelps (Cathy), David Charles Phelps (Margaret), Rebecca "Becky" Sue Phelps and Janet "Jan" Phelps Mays (Charley); her grandchildren, Andrea, Ellen, Charlotte, Emily, Robin, Andrew, Brian, Caitlin, Rachel, Daniel and Michael; her great grandchildren, Toby, Cricket, Beatrix, Antonia, Mary, Charlie, Evelyn, Adelaide, Bert, Hadley, Paul, Nico and Josiah; and her close friend Yolanda Couser.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Johnson University.
