He was predeceased by: his significant other Texanna Bailey; his parents, Sidney Bailey and Beulah Bailey; and his brothers, Jerry Bailey, Hollie Bailey and Tommy Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Carlos James Bailey, Amy Lounsbury, Crystal Gladden and Jeremiah Bailey; and his siblings, Donna Cozort, Kathy Bailey, Carolyn Thompson, Linda Riddle and Bobby Bailey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
