He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ruffin Miller and Alma Faye Gross Miller; and his siblings, Billie Miller Gragg, Tommy Lee Miller, Joseph Bruce Miller and Gene Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Miller Parker; his grandchildren, Alexandra Parker and Lilliana Parker; his siblings, Gail Miller Chapman, Mary Miller Matthews and John Miller (Lisa); and his former wife Eva K. Bingham. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Center Grove Church (8750 Lasater Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012).
