He is survived by: his wife Donna Sheets Hartsell; his daughters, Tiffanie Hoover (Bill) of Durham and Brittany Wilkins (Zach) of Winston Salem; his siblings, Bruce Hartsell (Lee) of Thomasville, Sandra Thomas (John) of Thomasville and Brenda Waterhouse of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Kylie Hoover, Thomas Wilkins, Will Hoover and Karstin Wilkins; his aunts and uncles, Delbert Hicks, Tony Hartsell (Carol), Rick Hartsell (Debbie), Barbara Smith, Marvina Powers, Georgina Hill and Shirley Hartsell; his parents-in-law, Ruby Muncy (Tommy) and Gilbert Sheets (Peggy); his brothers-in-law, Michael Sheets (Tonya) and Stephen Sheets; and his pets, Benji and Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
