She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Elliott and Jettie Garrison Elliott; her husband William W. Chappell (Bill); her daughter Elizabeth Chappell Gordon; and her siblings, Eugene, Buster Elliott and Gertrude E. Miller.
She is survived by: her son F. Eugene Chappell (Lori); her grandchildren, Josh Chappell (Suzanne), Will Chappell (Angie), Matt Womble (Shanda), Mandy Womble (Casey Snyder), Sarah Mears (Bryan), Hannah Smith (Justin) and Rebekah Ramlow (Chris); her siblings, Sonja Crews (late Garland) and Jackie Elliott (Peggy); her great grandchildren, Ava, Ella Sanders, August, Ari Mears, Tyler, Penelope Smith, Ruth, Elliott Ramlow, Alexander Snyder, Annalise Chappell and Nadja Saraos; and her great great grandchildren, Kaeja, Taelynn and Raelee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Frank Vogler and Sons (2849 Middlebrook Dr, Clemmons, NC 27012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
