He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mustin and Willie Mustin; his wife Anne Mustin; and his sister Peggy Ketner. He is survived by: his children, Myca Mustin (Tammy), Erik Mustin (Julie) and Kerri Baxley (David). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mausoleum Chapel (6135 Ridgecrest Point, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
