With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane Mathis of Clemmons, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McDaniel and Grace Long McDaniel; her brother Bill McDaniel; and her sister-in-law Peggy Williams. She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Williams and Tommy McDaniel (Linda); her sons, Stacey Mathis (Larissa) of Lewisville, NC, Daymon Mathis of Clemmons, NC and Chris Willard (Robin) of Winston-Salem, NC; her grandchildren, Molly Urbina (Victor), Noah Mathis, Caleb Mathis, Ashleigh Oldson (Dusty), Lucas Willard (Haley), Austin Willard (Marissa) and Christian Willard; and her friend Louise Sams. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
