“I was recently thinking of Joe and had no Idea he had passed. He was a wonderful boss, a staller engineer, whom I worked with for several years at Bahnson. We also worked together in many Boy Scout training events, and he will be truly missed. Our prayers are with Penny and the family and as stated above, he certainly always be a blessed memory forever.”
