She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis Creasy and Sadie Johnson Creasy; her husband Ralph John Reed; and her siblings, Walter Landon Creasy and Paula Creasy Gaba.

She is survived by : her children, Dee Reed Register (Doug) of Cary and Ralph John Reed, Jr. (Rhonda) of Winston-Salem; and her siblings, William Creasy of Clemmons, Bing Creasy of Cary and Nanette Creasy Spainhour of Clemmons. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
