She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Waddy and Hazel Foster Griggs; her husband John Carrell Beale; and her brother Colonel Jerry Griggs. She is survived by: her children, Seth Beale (Nicole) and Elizabeth Hill (Mayne); her grandchildren, Seth, Zachary, Elijah Hill and Evie Beale; her siblings, Nancy Griggs and Mike Griggs (Felicia); and her sister-in-law Betty Griggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
