She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bryson McKinney and Mary Louise Saylor McKinney; her husband Neal Harper; and her siblings, Pat Millsaps and Bob Willis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Harper Tesh (Steve) and Dana Harper Hinson (Todd); her grandchildren, Sarah Tesh Davis (Ryan), Mary Tesh, Julia Tesh, Andrew Hinson (Becca) and Emily Hinson; her great grandchildren, Luke Davis, Charlotte Davis and Enoch Hinson; and her siblings, Dona Patton and Ralph McKinney (Marie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warners Chapel Church of Christ (8999 Lasater Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
