He was predeceased by: his father Walter G. Mitchell; and his former wife Paula Mitchell. He is survived by: his sons, Trace Mitchell and Cadin Matthew Nichols; his brother Michael Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Diana Mitchell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
