She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Hunt and Roxie Hunt; her husband Charlie Cherry; her daughters, Kathy Cherry Needham (Larry) and Karen Cherry Houston (Sandy); and her siblings, Lucille, Ruby, Joann and Grady.
She is survived by: her daughter Karol Cherry; her grandchildren, Nikki Cherry Crofoot (Andy), Katie Needham Lopienski (John), Suzanne Needham (Jon), Derek Houston (Lexi), Drew Houston (Fran), Reid Raisig (Melanie) and Zack McGill; her great grandchildren, Madison, Jacob, Judson, Ruby, Decker, Leo, Benji and Hayes; her nieces, Edna, Lori and Jessie; and her friend Donna Alexander.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Clemmons Moravian Church (3535 Spangenberg Ave, Clemmons, NC 27012).
