She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Koontz; her children, Greg Koontz (Tamara) of Clemmons and Shannon Koontz Watkins (Robert) of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Ethan Watkins, Meghan Watkins, Kaitlyn Watkins, Caleb Koontz, Audrey Koontz and Alayna Koonts.
