It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Phillips Dean of Clemmons, North Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Peggy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Peggy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Peggy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Annie Phillips; and her husband Joe Spencer Dean. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Gambill (Arnold) of Pfafftown; and her grandchildren, Sydney Olson (Joe) of Winston-Salem, Jared Gambill of Winston-Salem and Corey Gambill (Angelica) of Winston-Salem.
