She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha S. Chamberlain and Allen T. Chamberlain; and her brother Leslie Chamberlain. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Eaton of Mocksville, Lain Reavis (Kym) of Fort Mill, SC and Beth Hughes (Jason) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Haley Reavis, Turner Reavis, Bryce Spence, Alex Hughes and Hannah Hughes; her great grandchild Sage Spence; her siblings, Lenuel Chamberlain and Elizabeth Misenheimer (Chuck); and her sister-in-law Ann Chamberlain.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Cancer Services Inc., 3175 Maplewood Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
