He is survived by: his parents, Shelly Jo Chastain and Don Chastain; his daughter Brittany Chastain; his brother Jeremiah Chastain; his sister-in-law Jennifer; and his sibling's children, Carlee Jo, Madison, Emily, Trevor and Nathaniel. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carroll-Waters Funerals & Cremations (111 Railroad St, Cleveland, NC 27013). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carrol Waters Funeral Home (111 Railroad St, Cleveland, NC 27013).
