He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee Adair Sr. and Barbara Jo Adair; his daughter Ashley Nicole Adair; and his siblings, Harold Lee Adair Jr. and Dreama Hinson.
He is survived by: his sons, Vinceant Adair and Salem Ellis; his grandson Aydan Carter Adair; his sister Nyoka Jones (Bruce); his stepsiblings, Margaret Lockridge, Joey Lockridge, Maxwell Lockridge Jr. and Billy Ray Lockridge; and his stepfather Maxwell Lockridge. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; as well as many great nieces and nephews.
