He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Morrison; his daughter Donna Merkel; his sister Annette Tessiner; his grandchildren, Andrea Winfree (Josh) and Morgan Abraham; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Archer and Aaron; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Hardymon (Ronnie) and Richard Wright (Theresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
