She is survived by: her husband Larry Dean Houpe, Sr.; her sons, Larry Dean Houpe, Jr. (Diana) of Sims and Anthony Houpe (Bianca) of Wilmington; and her siblings, Calvetta Peterson (Edward) of Dunns, Betty Ann Stringer of Raleigh, Debbie Blackwell of Garner, George Stringer (Roheima) of Detroit and Eric Todd Stringer (Tiffanie) of High Point. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
