He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Reid Foster and Artie Norine Snider Foster; his daughter Debbie Lentz of Cleveland; his siblings, Gerald "Buddy" Foster and Frances; his brother-in-law James Cline Gaither; and his son-in-law David Lentz.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Shelbia Jean Cartner Foster of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
