He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrna Rowe and Russ Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rowe; his sons, Shawn Rowe (Tiffany) and Shane Rowe (Brooke); his grandchildren, Charlie, Paxton, Callie and ClaraJean; and his sister Connie Ginn (Pete). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
