He was predeceased by: his parents, Pink Falls Lewis and Edna Arrowood; his siblings, Pink Falls Lewis Jr., John Lewis and Virginia Guffey; and his sons, Roy McArthur Lewis Jr., Rodney Carroll Lewis and Jason Smith Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Lewis Thomas (Mark) of Shelby and Tony McArthur Lewis (Ashley) of Shelby; his siblings, Carolyn Duncan, Marie Lewis of Shelby, Lou Ledwell of Marion, Mike and Henry Lewis of Marion; his grandchildren, Paige McKinney (Billy), Carter and Piper Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Cooper and Sophia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home (1401 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
