He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Thomas Waller and Beulah Cline Waller; and his siblings, Earl, George Waller, Virginia Seamon and Mary Sue Arthur.

He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Bollinger Waller; and his sons, Richard Delane Waller and Robert Mason Waller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
